Did you know? · №29 — Ruslana's own song was filmed in Lviv

In Lviv, Ruslana filmed music videos for the songs "Sha-la-la" and "Svitankok." The Rynok Square became the filming location for "Sha-la-la," while "Svitankok" features footage from the ancient night streets of Lviv.

⚡ During the filming of the "Sha-la-la" music video at Rynok Square, about 400 young people gathered to dance along with Ruslana.

📖 "Svitankok" was created by a team from Donetsk who came to Lviv and then headed to the Carpathians. The video combined the night streets of Lviv, footage from Zaporizhzhia, and filming in the Rakhiv region.

The "Svitankok" video was filmed on May 4, 1998; besides Lviv, filming took place in the Carpathians at an altitude of about 1500 meters.
