Olena Kravets in Kyiv: Is it worth going to the solo performance "May I just sit?"
If you want to switch from the hustle and bustle of Kyiv to a live theatrical conversation for the evening, pay attention to Olena Kravets's solo performance "May I just sit?" The event will take place on May 13, 2026, at 18:00 at the International Center of Culture and Arts in Kyiv. Ticket prices range from 590 to 2990 hryvnias.
What to expect
This is indeed a solo performance — a format where all attention is focused on one actress, her voice, presence, and interaction with the audience. Olena Kravets comes to the audience with a separate theatrical program, so the evening will not resemble a concert with many participants or a regular stand-up.
The title "May I just sit?" sounds a bit self-ironic and human — as if inviting you to pause for a moment, exhale, and be in the moment. If you enjoy intimate performances where not only jokes matter but also the personal intonation of the artist, this event may be a good fit for a calm evening at the theater.
Who should buy a ticket
Go if you want to see Olena Kravets specifically in a theatrical format and spend the evening not in front of a screen but in a live hall. It's also a good option for a date, a meeting with a friend, or a small cultural gift to yourself.
At the same time, do not expect a grand performance with an ensemble, large decorations, or complex stage action: the format here is built around one performer. Before purchasing, consider whether the stated budget is comfortable for you — prices depend on the chosen seat and range from 590 to 2990 hryvnias.
